1.  What is the difference between featured listings and those not featured?  

 
 
 
 
 
1. .When you view our pages, you'll see advertisers listed down the right hand side of the page. These are our FEATURED ADS. They cost a bit more, but give very high exposure. Our regular ads can be viewed when a visitor clicks on either the  SEARCH LISTINGS or the VIEW ALL LISTINGS button at the top and left hand side of every page. Listings may be searched by either city or category (Where to Stay, What to Do, Where to Eat, Where to Shop, Guide Services, or Sports Rentals). Businesses may be listed in more than one category, but only with one address. Other addresses may be listed in the description, but are not searchable.
 
2 .Pay- Per-Listing

Pay-Per-Listing ads are purchased on a one month or a three month basis. These ads will only renew if you choose to do so. You may upgrade to a subscription at any time.

Subscriptions

Subscription advertising packages are offered in three month, six month, and one year terms. You may choose either a FEATURED LISTING PACKAGE, or a NON-FEATURED LISTIING PACKAGE.  Our one year packages are designed with advertisers who have more than one business they would like to advertise. These packages are available with up to four FEATURED businesses. The businesses may change whenever you choose.

Every subscription package comes with a two week FREE TRAIL period. If at any time during the two week free trail period you decide you want to cancel, just log in and click on Manage Subscription.

This will take you to another page shown below. Click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. You will then be taken to your PayPal log in. Enter your username and password, then click DELETE SUBSCRIPTION. You will never receive a bill of any kind, and your listing will still appear on our site for the full two weeks, unless you choose to delete it.

3. Log into your account, go to Upgrade My Subscription. You can upgrade at any time. For more detailed information please go to our Advertising page.
 
4. At the bottom of the left hand navigational buttons, you'll see a phrase that says:
Manage My Listings

Click here to login to your listings account to edit, renew or create ads.

Click on the word HERE. You'll be taken to your control panel which looks like the image below:

Click on Edit My Listings. You will go to a page with your personal information. Click on the small green pencil on the right hand side and you can begin to fill in your business information. If your subscription include more than one listing, you can click on ADD LISTING for any additonal listings. To upgrade or cancel your listing, click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION.

 

5. Log into your Control Panel and Click on Blog Manager. At the bottom right hand corner click on ADD POST. This can either be published right away, or saved as a draft for later. NOTE: If you don't see the BLOG MANAGER button on your control panel, please contact admin@blackhillsvacationplanner.com. One can easily be added.
